BMW Ventures Limited is a diversified company engaged in trading and distribution of steel products, tractor engines and spare parts, manufacturing of PVC pipes and roll forming, and fabrication of pre-engineered buildings (PEB) and steel girders. The company has built its presence as a key distributor of construction and infrastructure-related products across Bihar.
As on March 31, 2025, the company supplied steel products through a robust network of 1,299 dealers spanning 29 out of 38 districts in Bihar, supported by six stockyards – five in Patna and one in Purnea. This distribution strength has enabled BMW Ventures to establish a strong footprint in both urban and semi-rural markets of the state.
BMW Ventures deals in a wide range of steel products, including:
- TMT Bars, GI Sheets, HR Sheets, Wire Rods, Galvanized Colour-Coated Sheets, GP Sheets, Pipes, Hollow Sections, Doors, Screws, and other steel-related products.
In addition to steel, the company has diversified into the distribution of tractor engines and spare parts across Bihar, expanding its role beyond construction inputs into agri-linked demand.
The company’s marketing and sales network of over 1,250+ dealers (exclusive and non-exclusive) provides extensive market coverage. With strong relationships developed over decades, BMW Ventures has become a leading channel partner for its principal suppliers in the region.
As of March 31, 2025, BMW Ventures employed a workforce of 639 individuals, supporting operations across its distribution, manufacturing, and fabrication segments.
