Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited manufactures consumer durables, assembles a wide range of products and provides end-to-end product solutions. The company’s current consumer goods product portfolio includes (I) Split Air Conditioners; (ii) water heaters; (iii) LED lighting products; and (iv) other miscellaneous products such as injection molding components for air conditioning equipment.
Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited operates under both original equipment manufacturer (“OEM”) and original design manufacturer (“ODM”) business models. Under the OEM model, the company manufactures and supplies basic product designs developed by our customers, who then distribute these products under their brands. Under the ODM model, in addition to manufacturing, the company conceptualizes and designs products that are then sold to customers’ potential customers under their brands.
The company has two manufacturing plants strategically located in and around Nashik (Maharashtra).
Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited also has a centralized R&D center in Nashik (Maharashtra) which focuses on R&D on all aspects of OEM and ODM models, including concept sketching, design refinement, optional feature generation and testing.
